How do you read piano notes/sheet music?!?

Does anyone have any good websites or suggestions? Answers are much appreciated. I really want to learn piano.

I don’t know websites, but here’s some tips. The treble scale (the sign looks similar to & and is played with your right hand) is read very easily. going up on the space notes (not located on lines) read F-A-C-E. You can fill in the rest of the notes. I believe they say Every Good Boy Does Fine (E-G-B-D-F), going up as well.
The bass cleff (the other one besides treble, located under treble is for your left hand) reads All Cows Eat Grass (A-C-E-G) on the space notes. The notes located on lines read Good Boy Does Fine Always (G-B-D-F-A).
